November’s Most Anticipated 4K Releases

My 4K UHD Collection is getting bigger as time goes by because more films are adapting to the format. I usually say “it continues to be an amazing time for film,” but as time carries on things are beginning to change for the worst, especially the movie industry. As we speak, theaters are shut down and the majority of the United States (including myself) are locked inside for safety.

The sad thing is, at least when it comes to physical media, is that the virus has finally caught up to home video releases. For the month of November (excluding re-releases and remasters) we have TWO new releases in UHD, yes… two. How crazy is that?

Outside of that, here’s what you can set your eyes on this month when it comes to those re-releases and remasters… On top of these you can also get the Season 3 of Westworld on 4K and an exclusive 4K Steelbook of It’s A Wonderful Life. When it comes to Blu-ray releases. you’ll get the complete series of The Office, Bill and Ted Face The Music, The Crown Season 3 and The Irishman from Criterion. Not bad… not bad.

V For Vendetta (November 3rd, 2020)

Following world war, London is a police state occupied by a fascist government, and a vigilante known only as V (Hugo Weaving) uses terrorist tactics to fight the oppressors of the world in which he now lives. Game of Thrones, The Complete Collection (November 3rd, 2020)

George R.R. Martin’s best-selling book series “A Song of Ice and Fire” is brought to the screen as HBO sinks its considerable storytelling teeth into the medieval fantasy epic. It’s the depiction of two powerful families — kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars and honest men — playing a deadly game for control of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, and to sit atop the Iron Throne. Martin is credited as a co-executive producer and one of the writers for the series, whose shooting locations include Northern Ireland, Malta, Croatia and Spain.

Antebellum (November 3rd, 2020)

Successful author Veronica Henley finds herself trapped in a horrifying reality that forces her to confront the past, present and future — before it’s too late.
